Physical fitness and good health are being used more frequently in our vocabulary every year, but rarely are those phrases associated with pre-schoolers and school-aged children, until now!!!

Introducing Lil Sports! Lil Sports is a well-planned and coordinated program of sports, exercise, and health designed specifically for young people. Lil Sports classes help pre-schoolers and school-aged children develop their large motor skills and coordination, while improving their posture and creating and early desire to become physically fit. Lil Sports also provides a fun outlet for young people. Lil Sports classes are held once a week. Our weekly session fee includes gym and health classes, activity sheets, and report cards.

We offer a free demonstration for all interested programs. We provide your school with all the information necessary to get classes started right away. There are several different ways that Lil Sports can be incorporated into a program's curriculum. We will work with you to find an option that best suits your program's needs.
